De vinificatie is gericht op precisie en het behouden van puurheid. De handgeplukte chardonnay-druiven worden als hele trossen geperst en spontaan vergist met wilde gisten in Franse eikenhouten vaten. Bewust wordt er geen malolactische omzetting toegepast, waardoor de wijn zijn levendige, natuurlijke zuren behoudt. Het resultaat is een gelaagde, complexe wijn met aroma's van citrus, steenfruit en natte steen. De smaak is geconcentreerd en energiek, met een ziltige mineraliteit en een lange afdronk. Een wijn met een groot bewaarpotentieel.
