Château Léoville Las Cases is een van de oudste en meest prestigieuze wijnhuizen in de Médoc, een wijnstreek in het zuidwesten van Frankrijk. Het wijnhuis werd in 1638 opgericht door Jean de Gascq, maar de naam Léoville Las Cases werd pas in 1826 aangenomen. De naam is een samenstelling van de namen van de twee oorspronkelijke eigenaren van het landgoed, Léoville en Las Cases.
Château Léoville-Las-Cases is het paradepaard van Saint-Julien en wordt door Jean-Hubert Delon gerund alsof het een Premier Grand Cru betreft. Kwalitatief heeft dit château zich inmiddels tussen de Premiers Grands Crus genesteld.
De wijngaarden van Château Léoville Las Cases zijn gelegen op een leisteen- en kiezelhoudend terroir. De wijn is een blend van Cabernet Sauvignon (79%), Cabernet Franc (11%) en Merlot (10%).
