The 2023 Aile d'Argent soars from the glass with energetic notes of lemon drops, fresh grapefruit, and lime blossom followed by hints of wet pebbles and fennel seed. The light to medium-bodied palate is refreshing and pure, with a chalkiness to the texture and a zesty finish. The blend is 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 44.5% Semillon, 5% Sauvignon Gris, and 0.5% Muscadelle, with pH 3.20. It is being aged for 9 months in oak barrels, 45% new. The alcohol is 13.5%.

While not as dense or fleshy as previous iterations, this vintage is a notable success within its context. It is a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 44.5% Sauvignon Gris and 0.5% Muscadelle.
