Harvested at 115° Oechsle, this offers a nose of backed apple, mango, dried herbs and ginger. The wine proves nicely zesty on the palate and leaves a rich and creamy playful feel in the long and still quite CO2 loaded finish. This is nicely made in a rather reduced style full of potential. 2025-2040
